KMBC 9 News ABC Mar 25, 2021 Kelly Eckerman KANSAS CITY, Mo. — After 75 years, former president Harry Truman is headed back to Washington. A statue of Truman will go on display at the U.S. Capitol. A local artist is putting the finishing touches on the sculpture that could put the Independence native back in the national spotlight.
